BreannaCamile Artist Biography

Breanna Camille is a Bahamian environmental visual artist whose work translates ocean ecosystems into immersive psychological landscapes. Drawing from her background in Psychology, Art, and Marketing from the University of Miami, her practice explores the intersection of environmental fragility, Caribbean identity, and emotional depth.


Her work often reflects the silent suffering within marine environments coral bleaching, overfishing, and ecological imbalance paralleling internal human experiences of stress, resilience, and transformation. Through large scale paintings and glass sculpture, she creates atmospheric, nonverbal spaces that invite viewers to feel rather than be told.


Breanna Camille’s work has been exhibited at the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas, the Central Bank of The Bahamas, and the Bahamas National Trust, and internationally at the Dubai World Art Fair. Her work has also been featured in Miami gallery spaces including Wynwood and Coconut Grove, and is held in the permanent collection of the University of Miami Abess Center for Ecosystem Science and Policy.
